Mr. P. Nagi Reddy, started his career Trainee Time Keeper in the year 1991 in the Personnel & Industrial Relations Department and worked for companies in the Pharma giants like M/s. Sumithra Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Limited, as well as in the Heavy & Light Engineering Industry as well since 1996, he is a life member of the National HRD Network, Hyderabad Chapter.

In the year 1999, with his wide network developed during his working tenure with the industry professionals such as Heads of HR, CEOs, and Entrepreneurs, Mr. P. Nagi Reddy established his own Placement Consulting Company titled S.S Placements. He has been rendering his consulting services in the areas of Head Hunting, Talent acquisition, Facility Management and Temping facility for industries like bulk drugs, pharmaceutical, API formulations, Engineering, Cement, Textiles, food and other service industries.
